Have you tried Maybelline's new The Rocket mascara? It's been 90 days since I opened my last tube of mascara, so it was time to get a fresh one. I've heard such wonder reviews about this product that I had to try it myself.
It comes in "Washable" or "Waterproof" formulas. I chose the Washable version, due to the fact that eye makeup remover tends to make wearing my contacts very difficult. If I can avoid using it, I do.
It also comes in Blackest Black, Brownish Black and Very Black. The one I purchased is Blackest Black. The best part was that it was less than $6 at Walmart on sale!
Normally, I like my mascara to have a curved brush similar to Maybelline's Falsies. This brush is rubber similar to Cover Girl's Clump Crusher, but it's not curved. To me, The Rocket is a great combination of these two mascaras. It separates my lashes as did Falsies, but it adds fantastic volume as well. The wand glides through my lashes without clumping too. My lashes look amazing! It also wore all day without flaking off.
I can't speak to smudging, as I didn't use it on my lower lash line yet. The formula is washable, but it doesn't come right off. I use a somewhat gentle cleanser, so I work it into my lashes and let it sit for a few second to remove it.
If you've been thinking about trying it, GO FOR IT! I highly recommend it!!
